Temporary and Substitute Employees (Long Term)

The Governing Board may employ, after September 1 of any school year, for the remainder of the school year, in substitute status any otherwise qualified person in a position for which no regular employee is available. (Note: A regular employee is defined as any applicant qualified by credential meeting district criteria for employment.)
