In order to assist teacher training institutions in the preparation of good teachers and in recognition of the values inherent in participation in planned programs to develop excellent teachers for the district and the schools of California, and the Governing Board approves the cooperation of the district with accredited teacher training institutions in providing student teachers with experience through practice teaching.
