Requests to change the Board Agenda may be made by any Member of the Board or the Superintendent. The following protocol shall be followed in making changes to the structure of the Board Agenda.
The Board Member/Superintendent shall present his/her recommendation to the Board at a public session of a Board Meeting. The item will then be placed on the next regular Board Agenda for discussion and action by the Board. The vote shall be recorded in the Minutes of the Board Meeting. If the majority of the Board agrees to change the structure of the Board Agenda, this change shall be effective at the next regularly scheduled Board Meeting.
