It is the intent of the Legislature to appropriate any savings achieved as a result of schools being phased out of the Immediate Intervention Underperforming School Program and the High Priority Schools Grant Program to provide High Priority Schools Grant awards to eligible schools, pursuant to Section 52055.605, that have not previously received a grant under this program.
