For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:
(a) —Éhancellor—†means the Chancellor of the California Community Colleges.
(b) —Önergy Commission—†means the State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission.
(c) —åocal education agency—†or —åEA—†means a school district, county office of education, charter school, or state special school.
(d) —äob Creation Fund—†means the Clean Energy Job Creation Fund established in Section 26205.
