Cost per subsidized child not to exceed fee paid by nonpublished child
Notwithstanding Sections 8265 and 8266, the cost paid by the state for each child served by a contracting agency operating pursuant to this article shall not exceed the fee paid by the families of nonsubsidized children for the same service offered by the contracting agency.
