Article 9. Assumption by County Superintendent of Schools of the Operation of a Community College District's Data Processing Center
The provisions of this article shall become applicable upon the execution of an agreement between a county superintendent of schools and a community college district governing board providing for the assumption by the county superintendent of schools of a data processing center operated by the community college district.
