Escondido Union ESD | BP 6182 Instruction
The Board of Education recognizes that alternative educational programs may be the adjustment certain students need in order to improve and enhance success in school. The board believes that opportunity classes may help students identify behavioral problems that impede progress in the regular program, and devise strategies to resolve those behavioral problems.
The goal of opportunity classes is to assist students in acquiring behavioral skills necessary to assist students in returning to the regular program.
