Title IX: by July 1, 2006, the department shall post on its Web site, in both English and Spanish and at a reading level that may be comprehended by pupils in high school, the information set forth in the federal regulations implementing Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (20 USC Sec. 1681 et seq.).
