Each employer entering into a written agreement or memorandum of understanding with an exclusive representative pursuant to IHSSEERA, the Trial Court Act, Court Interpreter Act, TEERA, MMBA, EERA, Ralph C. Dills or HEERA, if requested by the Board, shall file one copy of the agreement and any amendments thereto with the Board within 15 days of the request.
