Public Social Services; Aid and Medical Assistance; Computation and Payment of Aid Grants
The provider or foster family agency may request review of the final decision of the department pursuant to Section 11468.4 in accordance with Section 1094.5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, within six months of the issuance of the director's final decision.
