
Each full-time certificated employee of the Hope School District shall be granted two days of personal leave per year if needed. Certificated half-time employees (or those who work less than 100% of full-time) may request one day of leave each year. Administrators and full-time classified employees shall be granted one day of personal leave per year if needed. The leave shall be given with full pay. The leave may not be accumulated year to year. It is the intent of the district to provide full-time employees the opportunity to conduct personal business during a regular workday. The Superintendent shall design procedures to insure that the leaves will not be disruptive to the operation of the district.
