Instructional Objectives

The Superintendent shall annually review strategies to improve the quality of education provided to students. The administration shall consult with the instructional staff in order to develop and maintain instructional objectives which will be in harmony with the law and the Governing Board's adopted philosophy and goals.

Accountability

The Board recognizes the need for continuing qualitative assessment of the progress of the educational program toward its established goals. The Superintendent shall develop and implement a systematic plan for the identification of community-based quality indicators and their measurement which may include tests and such other methods as may be recommended by professional judgment.
