The State Militia; Privileges and Penalties

Any public employee and any employee of a corporation, company, firm, or other person who is a member of the State Military Reserve is entitled to a temporary military leave of absence without pay while engaged in military duty for purposes of military training, drills, unit training assemblies, or similar inactive duty training for not to exceed 15 calendar days annually, including time involved in going to and returning from that duty.
