Economic Development Program Centers and Participation in Industry-Driven Regional Collaboratives
(a) Expansion of the regional centers shall provide structure for capacity development within the system, coordination and support to build on the existing and successful structure, and deployment of the existing network to make services immediately available to clients. The augmentation shall increase regional centers to allow provision of service to all economic regions of the state.
(b) Regional centers shall supply new curriculum, faculty training, institutional development, and transition assistance, as well as direct client services, coordination and other services critical to developing and maintaining the delivery of quality services in the regions.
