Rights of Appellant.

An applicant who has been denied a credential pursuant to this chapter shall have the following rights to appeal:

(a) To present such written evidence as he or she feels is necessary or appropriate to the issues involved at any time up to and including the day of hearing.

(b) To present written or oral arguments to the Committee.

(c) To cross-examine any witness testifying against him or her.

(d) To be represented by the person of his or her choice.

(e) To choose not to appear before the Committee and such failure to appear shall not admit or deny the facts described in the written notice.
