Subchapter 5. Nondiscrimination In Programs Receiving State Financial Assistance Through The Chancellor Or Board Of Governors Of The California Community Colleges. Article 4. Chancellor's Procedure To Effect Compliance. Investigation.
If the Chancellor finds there is reasonable cause to believe a violation has occurred, the Chancellor shall investigate to determine whether there is probable cause to believe a violation has occurred.
