(a) If a pilot school demonstrates programmatic noncompliance with the requirements of the ADS pilot program, the Commission shall inform the pilot school of the following in writing:

(1) specific items of noncompliance which must be corrected;

(2) the specific corrective action which must be taken;

(3) the time period within which the pilot school must complete the corrections;

(4) notice that failure to timely make required corrections may result in suspension from the ADS Pilot Program; and

(5) the process by which the noncompliance may be appealed.
