The Superintendent of Public Instruction shall enter into local contractual agreements for the delivery of extended day care services. The Superintendent of Public Instruction may also enter into agreements with any public or private entity or agency for the furnishing of property, facilities, personnel, supplies, equipment, and administrative services.
