Commitment of habitual juvenile offender

At the discretion of a judge of the juvenile court, any habitual juvenile offender may be committed to a camp, ranch, or boot camp with an educational and job training program as described in this part until age 18 years or completion of the 12th grade or its equivalent and obtaining a marketable job skill, whichever comes first.
