Part 26.95. High-Risk Youth Education And Public Safety Program. Chapter 1. General Provisions. Article 1. Legislative Intent and Findings
It is the intent of the Legislature to establish the High-Risk Youth Education and Public Safety Program to assist county offices of education and school districts to implement specialized prevention and early intervention strategies for youth who are seriously at risk of becoming chronic, repeat offenders.
