A school district that receives funds pursuant to this article shall have a school level advisory committee as required pursuant to Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 52000) of Part 28, as that chapter read on January 1, 2004, and shall have a single school plan that incorporates the requirements of Sections 52014 and 52015, as those sections read on January 1, 2004.
