The Superintendent or designee shall meet Cal OSHA and state standards for controlling and prevention of repetitive motion injuries in the workplace. The Superintendent or designee shall establish a written Ergonomic Standard and implement a program designed to minimize and prevent repetitive motion injuries in the workplace to meet the requirements of the California Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board.
