Meeting and Negotiating in Public Educational Employment; Employee Organizations: Representation, Recognition, Certification, and Decertification
The employee organization recognized or certified as the exclusive representative for the purpose of meeting and negotiating shall fairly represent each and every employee in the appropriate unit.
