Subchapter 2. Duties of Certificated and Noncertificated Personnel. Article 1 Duties of All Certificated Personnel. Moral Supervision.
All certificated personnel shall exercise careful supervision over the moral conditions in their respective schools. The governing board, principals, and other certificated personnel shall not tolerate any act of a pupil described in Section 301.
