Job Descriptions

The personnel division shall be responsible for preparation of a job description for each certificated and classified position in the district, either separately or by general category. The job descriptions shall include statements regarding general functions, specific functions and organizational relationships.

The job descriptions shall be placed in manuals which are easily accessible to all employees.

The Chief Personnel Officer shall develop procedures for preparing and reviewing job descriptions that insure involvement of employees and employee organizations.
