Mathematics and Reading Professional Development Program
The State Board of Education shall authorize the Superintendent of Public Instruction to design, and the board shall approve, regulations for the implementation and monitoring of the program. The Superintendent of Public Instruction shall provide funding to a local education agency in accordance with the funding methodology specified in Sections 99234 and 99235 and with regulations adopted by the State Board of Education.
