General Objective

It is the objective of the Governing Board of the district to offer competitive and attractive compensation to all employee groups to the extent budgetary resources allow.

The Board shall establish the compensation of management personnel in accordance with such procedures, other than meeting and negotiating, as it may deem appropriate.
