Subchapter 3. Health and Safety of Pupils. Article 4.5. Administration of Emergency Anti-Seizure Medication by Trained Volunteer Nonmedical School Personnel. Individuals Authorized To Train and Supervise Volunteer Nonmedical School Personnel To Administer Emergency Medical Assistance to Pupils with Epilepsy Suffering from Seizures
One or more of the following licensed health care professionals shall provide the training and supervision:
(a)A physician and surgeon;
(b)A physician assistant;
(c)A credentialed school nurse;
(d)A registered nurse; or
(e)A certificated public health nurse.
