Article 4. Expansion of Cosmetology Courses. Determining need
For purposes of this chapter, the determination of definite need shall be established by the appropriate body as follows:
(a) The determination of need for a regional occupational center shall be established by the governing body of the agency maintaining the center.
(b) The determination of need for a high school shall be established by the governing body of the district maintaining the high school.
(c) The determination of need for a state university shall be established by the Trustees of the California State University.
