
The Superintendent or designee will administer annual evaluations of student progress toward designated outcomes to determine whether supplemental services provided through consolidated programs are effective and supportive of the core curriculum.
The process of evaluation for consolidated programs will:
1. identify consolidated program criteria;
2. Determine effective measures and methodologies for data collection;
3. Establish appropriate program standards;
4. Collect and organize data in summary of demographic and accountability information reports;
5. Analyze data for trends over a multiple-year time span; and
6. Report results to Governing Board and school site leadership annually.
The purpose of program evaluation is to seek continuous improvement in consolidated program effectiveness.
