Chapter 5. Authorized Classes and Courses of Instruction. Article 3. Evening High School for Minors
The governing board of a school district which maintains high schools and a continuation education program may establish and maintain evening high school programs in grades 9 to 12, inclusive, for minors subject to Section 48200.
