The following types of emergency permits are governed by the provisions of Sections 80023.1, 80023.2, 80024.3.1, 80024.6, 80024.7, 80024.8, and 80026 through 80026.6.
(a) Emergency Teacher Librarian Services Permit.
(b) Emergency Bilingual Permit.
(c) Emergency Crosscultural, Language and Academic Development (CLAD) Permit.
(d) Emergency Resource Specialist Permit.
