Woodlake Union High School District District Criteria For Annual Evaluation Of Consolidated Programs

The Board of Education shall establish effectiveness criteria for all consolidated programs. The Superintendent or designee shall conduct annual evaluations to determine the extent to which these criteria are being met by each school participating in consolidated programs. The evaluations shall be designed to determine whether services are effective for each group of multifunded students to include students identified for services through the following programs: compensatory education (Title I/SCE), professional development program, Title VI, and state program for limited-English proficient students. This evaluation will be conducted for each school and will be presented to the board annually.

The areas of evaluation shall include: (1) student achievement; and (2) effectiveness of the planned program at school sites. Specific effectiveness criteria shall be established for each area. The Superintendent or designee shall develop and maintain administrative regulations that state the effectiveness criteria for each of these areas.
