Reporting Periods.

Superintendents of school districts and county offices of education shall submit reports for the Safe Schools Assessment Program for the periods of January 1 to June 30 and July 1 to December 31 of each year to the California Department of Education. Reports shall be submitted to the California Department of Education no later than February 1 and August 1 for the previous six-month reporting period.
